JOSLIN BRORSEN
Joslin Brorsen is a product photographer and content creator who loves to fall headfirst into a high-stakes survival story, whether it’s one she’s reading, or one she’s writing. Being diagnosed, as an adult, with both Celiac (an invisible disease), and with neurodivergence, in the same year, made her wish she'd known at a much earlier age. It made her strive to write the kind of books that make kids want to read “just one more chapter”, while representing authentic neurologically diverse characters, and normalizing both neurodivergence and other unseen struggles, within the pages of her stories. Her ultimate aim is for her readers to realize that each of us is unique, and all of us are equally worthy of being main characters.
Joslin is a member of SCBWI, Manuscript Academy, and several middle grade critique groups.
